to 2 hours (depending on the test)
What to Bring?
To make your visit go smoothly,
please bring the following:
Physician Signed Order
Comfortable Clothing to Wear
Insurance Card and Co-payment
Driver's LicenseAny previous Films or Scans
Primary Care Physician Referral if Needed (as an insurance requirement)
When scheduling any procedure:
We will need a signed order from your physician for all scans.
One of our experienced customer service reps will contact you.
We will schedule a time that is convenient for you and your physician.
Our staff will call to confirm your appointment.
Contact customer service if you need to reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance.
When Scheduling, Inform Us If You:
Are Diabetic
Are Pregnant or Nursing
Have Allergies (include all)
Are Currently Taking any Medications
Have Special Needs or Requirements or Require
